Iron Work Models has set a direct sales catalogue on this internet site for kit products, paint service and custom made diorama.

For specific custom-made pieces, (like museum models, diorama, painted figures), will be estabilished specifical terms. For any request, please refer to the e-mail index info@ironworkmodels.com.

I exclusively accept e-mail orders at index info@ironworkmodels.com. All orders are subject to Iron Work Models acceptance.

Please clearly show your data and address. For each item write : product code (on catalogue), product name, item number, delivery system (see SHIPPING FARES for costs and delivery time).

You'll receive written details about total delivery amount, comprised of delivery costs. Than, if you confirm the order, i send you an e-mail from Pay Pal, and you pay with credit card or Pay Pal account - This may appear a bit long and tricky compared to "buy now" buttons, but personalizes delivery on your needs, and you spare money !

You'll receive order confirmation from Pay Pal, with detail of your order and amount. Your following operations will be under Pay Pal safety, and you can pay by your credit card and in your own money (dollars, pounds, yen...) with a simultaneous change in EURO, without any change charge.

I send orders within two working days from your confirmation by Poste Italiane (italian mail), unlike differently asked from you. For delivery times see below.

I report below some fares as from Poste Italiane official fare (see on http://www.poste.it/azienda/tariffario/index.shtml). These are the cheapest ways for models. Some time it's necessary to delete the oversized model box, and put all pieces into a thick protected bag. This reduces volume, and costs. However, you choose the way you prefer, and i will answer you on all order and shipping details. If you decide to go on with the order, i send you an e-mail from Pay Pal, and you pay with credit card or Pay Pal account. If you are not satisfied with Iron Work Models products, you have the right to cancel the contract between us by sending a written notice of cancellation to the following address:

Your right to cancel the contract goes from the time that you receive the products until the expiry of ten working days beginning with the day you receive the package. I will, within 30 days from the back-reception of the goods, reimburse the price of the goods you mean to send back. These goods must be returned at your cost, intact and in their original package.

In respect of italian privacy laws (Law n. 675/96 art.10), your data will be used just for orders and to keep you informed about news on Iron Work Models products.
